“Upon arrival my first night my TV was not working and with only 1 staff member in the entire property she could not figure it out either.
The property generally was clearly “ dated” ( chipped paint etc.)
Generally understaffed”

“Number one the room looked much bigger in the picture the room was very tiny barely any walking room. It look like there was a pool in the picture on Expedia but there was no pool. the room had roaches crawling on the walls. There were four of us and only 2 washcloths and two towels one hand towel. No phone in the room to call and ask for towels and washcloths I will never stay there again.”
