“Had great experience at the hotel. You should consider this hotel if visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is the best attraction of the city.”

“Great”

“All good. But a single rod heater is not enough to keep you warm during the freezing winter. They mention they provide electric blankets on request but I was advised they do not. Very strange. ”

“Ramada is conveniently located at the start of the mall road. We were given a valley view room- but the wing is not connected to the main hotel. It was rainy and cold and we had get wet to get to our room. The hotel can better construct a covered pathway between the two wings. The pathway is also very cluttered and poorly maintained. Our room was spacious but 3 three things poorly affected our stay- 1) The shower head did not work 2) The drain was clogged with hair from previous guests. 3)……

“Room needs to be cleaner”

“It's a cozy stay.. Will visit again ❤️”

“This hotel is in Mall Road and it felt like an inconvenience when we reached there since entering the mall road with a hired taxi is not allowed, but later on we found that it's a privilege to be in the mall road. The most fun of mussoorie is in the mall road actually and it's just outside the hotel. They also arranged for porters who would pick up our luggages. Beyond the location, rooms are spacious enough to walk inside. While walls etc seem like older property, it is well maintained. We had……

“It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food”

“The moment we entered it smells weirdly. Some of staff was friendly but one sitting on restaurant billing counter was not friendly. Rooms were okaish and no where justifies $115/night. Staff should”

“I am not satisfied with hospitality staff. Rooms were unclean unhygenic and a lot of disturbance from outside place. At the time of booking room is differnt and which is allocated both are different”

“Before visiting, I was worried. But as soon as I entered and saw the view, I felt like I was in heaven. The staff is very good, always ready to serve. I recommend staying here. Thanks.”

“This was one of the most amazing experiences in Uttarakhand. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the owner was cordial and very helpful over the phone. The highlight, however, was the exceptional customer service. The on-site manager, Manjit, and his team were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our glamping experience comfortable and memorable. Manjit also prepared delicious food, so I highly recommend dining at the property instead of going……

“Good breakfast. Good staff . Helpful. Facilities were average. 3 star”

“Housekeeping service is pathetic”

“Provided us the worst room, which was completely different from what shown on the site. The room was stinking and felt like it had not been used for weeks. After multiple arguments, they shifted us to the other room, which was somewhat better but not the same as shown on the site. The restaurant area was occupied by some men who were shouting and drinking and looked shady.”

“Do not book this hotel. Pictures on Expedia are misleading. This hotel is in very bad shape. This hotel is falsely overrated on Expedia. Horrible room condition. Found bugs and cockroaches. No heater or hot water in bathroom. Very noisy and worst linens.”
