“Room was clean and staff was nice.”

“Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Check in went smoothly, except something was up with the machine and they had to double charge my $50 deposit. It wasn’t a big deal to me, and both charges were automatically refunded. Continental breakfast choices were okay. Bathroom was outdated and the deadbolt to our room was broken, so some updates could help. Regardless, we had a nice stay and it was worth the value.”

“One of the only issues I had with this property is it says it has a heated swimming pool and hot tub that is open all year around and that is one reason I used to stay here in the past, but when I stayed there this time, the pool in the hot tub were completely empty and not in use. However, everything else was good. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good content with my overall stay.”

“We had a wonderful time here! Hot tub and pool are open til 11 and checkout was 12. Rooms were great. Piper was so courteous and helpful. Balconies need to be cleaned of spider webs though. ”

“This hotel is fantastic---it was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. My room was nice and spacious and I enjoyed the fitness center and excellent breakfast. It was a great location, 25 minutes from downtown with mountain views. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. So happy with my choice to stay here.”

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“The young lady who helped me when I first got there last night was so kind and courteous. She took us to our room and checked out the hot tub in the room and the hot tub outside. I couldn't have asked for any better service than we got there.”

“i loved my room very spcoius lots of room and shelves for storsge very clean the staff with the exveption of one lady was awesome very friendly helpful and understanding when ihad to pay late twice the manager taurus is the best!! i have no complaints except the elevator was not working for several days very inconvenient ”
