“Beautiful view and reasonable price, but terrible service and cleanliness. The bathroom tiles and floors were black and poorly cleaned. The staff was unprofessional and rude. At checkout, they bluntly demanded I wait 5 minutes without any explanation. Later, I found out it was for a room inspection for the deposit. Communication was awful.”

“很舒服的渡假村，游泳池很棒，海景也很美 夜晚的池畔還有放音樂與電影。家人們都很喜歡這個地方。”

“朝食はだいたい美味しかったが、フルーツがイマイチ。味が薄い。 乾季に宿泊したが、ビーチは白砂でサラサラ、水質も大変よく素晴らしい。 ただ、ビーチチェアが不足気味だった。”

“深夜のフライトのための休憩として利用した。スタッフの英語が訛りすぎていて意思の疎通が難しかった。施設は外観に比べて中身は全体的に物足りない感じ。 キッズクラブは広く、子どもは大満足していたが電気がついておらず薄暗かった。 またキッズクラブまで歩いて行くには遠くバギーでの移動を頼む必要あり。 だが、部屋からのオーシャンビューが非常に美しく、これには感動した。 また近所の韓国料理の店がとても美味しかった。無料送迎バスで空港まで送ってもらった。”

“This property was beautiful, however extremely hard to find. We also had a room for 3 people and getting additional towels was a hassle. We couldn't just contact the front desk to get additional towels, we actually had to contact the "property owner". The whole process was more difficult than it needed to be for additional necessities ”
