「We stayed at Kristen’s for 4 weeks and it was wonderful! We actually were able to stay in her new 2 bedroom cottage that is on her property. The cottage had everything we needed to make it like home for us. It’s dog friendly and our 2 dogs loved it as well. The area is quiet and close enough to get to restaurants/shopping/golf but you don’t have to worry about typical Florida traffic. Kristen is a gracious host and made us feel right at home. Already booked a return trip for next year! 」

「There was black mold in the bathroom and the shower floor looked filthy. I was assured that it was clean, that magic erasers were used to clean them and it had just worn off coating making them look like that. I ’m not convinced. The sink was slow to drain. The clothes dryer didn’t work. My son and his family also had a room here and theirs was worse. Staff wouldn’t even look at their complaints (hair in shower, urine, blood and feces in bathroom).
