“This is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. We rented a golf cart for a day but quickly realized it wasn’t worth it as everything is so close. Bedrooms do vary greatly in size - there are a couple on the third floor that are very small but the other 4 are all a good size. Check in and out was very easy and convenient. Only real issue and nothing to do with the house or management were the Misquotes …. in July during our visit……

“I loved the decoration of the little house — all pink, tiny but very cozy. It had a special charm, different from big luxurious places; simple, yet truly delightful.
It had everything I needed: pots, utensils, towels, and more. Outside, there was a barbecue area and a patio, perfect for hanging out with others if you wanted to. Plus, it’s very well located, close to everything, and with excellent air conditioning.

“Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks! ”

“We had a wonderful experience with Venice Beach Villas. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for vacation. "This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
