We had an amazing stay here over the last few days. John at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is very close to super paradise beach and the views were AMAZING! John helped us book a rental car that got delivered and picked up at the hotel itself which was very convenient. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel and stay here again!!

I had a very bad experience in my stay as my room key stopped working one night at 1am and the next day during the day. Both times I had to stay out and wait for 2 hours to get back in. This was very inconvenient for my stay and did not make it enjoyable. On the other hand, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean with good views.

The Atlantis Beach Residence was an absolutely stunning property! We stayed in room 19, with an unbelievable view from both the cliffside patio and the large window in the suite. The private hot tub was also a great touch! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They will assist you with ordering food from the two nearby restaurants or any transportation you need. There is no minimum spend or delivery charge, so you can literally just order a coffee if you’d like. The pool area is great if you want to lounge around the property, while the hotel is a 2 minute walk to super paradise beach. Highly highly recommend this property and we would absolutely go back!

L hôtel est situé en hauteur ce qui permets d’avoir une tres belle vue, Nous avions une suite avec jacuzzi magnifique, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Le personnel de la réception est agréable et le ménage est fait chaque jour. La route pour accéder à l’hôtel est sinueuse avec des pentes très importantes ! Il n y a rien autour, pas d épicerie ou restaurant. L accès en transport en commun reste compliqué mais c’était ok pour nous car nous avions louvé une voiture.

Très bon séjour sur place, notre chambre était pas terrible nous étions certes devant la piscine mais la chambre n’a pas de fenêtre il y juste une fenêtre au sol dans la salle de bain. Nous avons eu un problème un soir avec notre carte d’entrée dans la chambre. La personne de la réception a démagnétisé nos cartes par erreur. Du coup ma femme a passer la nuit chez une ami, c’est en rentrant que j’ai vu un message wattappp de la réception me disant qu’il m’avait déposé les nouvelles cartes sous une pierre.

Endroit avec vue incroyable sur la mer et toute la baie. Piscine, chaise longue et hamac. Propre, neuf avec tout ce qu’on peut attendre des grands hôtels (peignoir, chausson, cafés, thes, bouteilles d’eau, articles de soins et de bains). Il y a aussi un petit réfrigérateur qui permet de garder au frais ce que l’on souhaite. Personnel serviable et aidant. Le plus : le jacuzzi !

Ótimos dias em Mykonos

Lindo hotel com ótima estrutura e uma vista deslumbrante de Super Paradise Beach. Equipe do hotel bem preparada bastante simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. Quartos bem decorados e super confortáveis. A localização é boa, bem próximo a praia de Super Paradise mas como fica no alto de uma colina, o retorno da praia para o hotel necessita-se subir as ruas íngremes do Hotel.

Boutique style hotel. Incredibly clean. The hotel staff are amazing, so friendly. The hotel in on a massive hill but so is every hotel in Mykonos. We definitely recommend!!

Solito trucco della camera in manutenzione, così da dover fare la prima notte in una camera di livello inferiore e metratura inferiore, per poi spostarsi il giorno successivo in quella realmente prenotata. Nessun tipo risarcimento per il disturbo, visto che la camera era prepagata da mesi. Posto molto isolato e nessun servizio bar. Vista meravigliosa, ottima pulizia e suite helios meravigliosa, anche se le due camere sono separate solo da una zona giorno senza porte, un limite alla privacy.

Mala experiencia en Mykonos

El hotel esta ubicado en Super Paradise Beach, alrededor de 20’ de town. Tiene buena vista, piscina y lindas piezas. Pese a estar lejos de cualquier centro de compras, no tienen frigobar equipado con productos y solo cuentan con agua para ofrecer. Luego de horas de llegar hubo un apagón de luz solo en nuestra pieza, nos pidieron nos moviéramos por la noche a otra pieza y comprometieron a arreglar al siguiente día. Al día siguiente nos despertaron diciendo que teníamos que desocupar la habitación temporal, pero nuestra habitación aún no tenía electricidad, estaba completamente desordenada y el técnico aun trabaja en el tema. Al pedir explicaciones al recepcionista, este tenia una pésima actitud, indicando “el era solo recepcionista y que habláramos con el gerente”, quien no estaba en el hotel y nos paso un papel con su numero, tuvimos que perder varias horas para poder conseguir una solución. Mykonos es una ciudad turística, con cientos de hoteles que ofrece las mismas instalacion y con mucha mejor calidad de estas y sobre todo, con personal mas abierto a ayudar por el mismo o menor precio, puesto que este hotel no es barato. Definitivamente no hospedaría en este lugar nuevamente, ni tampoco lo recomendaría.

Beautiful, peaceful & accommodating!

My sister and i had the most beautiful, serene and accommodating stay at Atlantis Beach Residence. Joanna and the rest of the concierge team were so pleasant and helpful. The residence is very beautiful and luxurious, the rooms were really big and comfortable. The views of Mykonos were incredible and we really enjoyed that it wasnt overcrowded with tourists so we were able to enjoy the pool area almost as if it were a private villa.

False advertisement

This hotel was disappointing in so many ways. First, one night was 177 C$, a price that I usually pay for very good hotel in North America. I paid this price to arrive to a hotel in no where (very far from everything) and a very basic room. The room did not even have a bar soap in it, there was water on the floor of the bath room and worse than every thing else, internet was so slow that it was actually useless. At the time I booked my room, it said that I will have sea view, I was excited about it but when I arrived I was given a room with rocks and wall view, It was also facing a place that was partying with loud music all night. I told the guy at the front desk that this was supposed to be sea view and then he took me outside and said the front of your room (not a balcony, just front space, room was in first floor) is all yours and you can see the sea from here, the sea was actually on the left side so still no view, hence the false advertisement that I believe Expedia should take responsibility for. I have never been so mad at a room I booked this much before, this comes from someone who travels alot. It was the most wasted money I have ever spent. One more thing, the hotel will pick you up from the port or airport but will not take you back unless you pay 10 euro, it was not enough for them that they charged a price that is way high for the room and the service, they ask for money to drive you back to town?!!!!!!
