Impeccable hospitality, amazing villa

We loved everything about the villa! The balcony has stunning views of the sea and all nearby beaches, the swimming pool was a great complement to the beach and perfect for a zippy wakeup right out of bed. The hospitality was outstanding! The owners helped us make the most out of our stay by providing valuable tips on what to do and helped us with hard to get reservations. They also arranged a fantastic boat tour to Delos for us. Ariadne, the housekeeper, took great care of us! One day we asked her to cook a local dish for us and we fell in love with what she made — pastisio!! We loved Lia and Frangia beaches, both walking distance, completely different and both completely worth it! All in all our stay in Mykonos was above and beyond our wildest expectations!!

Superb experience

The property is in mint condition. It is very beautifully decorated and very functionally and generously equipped. allowing for a real enjoyable vacation. The property is spacious, The pool is fantastic, only rivalled by the beautiful nearby (walking distance for two, 2 minutes driving for a third) beaches. Two offer total or almost total privacy, a third functionality of a well organized beach. In addition to the great house and the beaches we also found the balance between a more remote and far less crowded Mykonos location yet within easy 7 minute drive (to Ano Mera) of all necessary shopping dining options very appealing. The option of having a highly affordable person to make a brief call daily to clean the house is a very attractive bonus. All in all a no brainer. Grab it.

Exceptional and extraordinary

This is a superb villa in a stand-out setting. The location is on the quiet side of the island, with easy access to idyllic and pristine beaches. Our kids loved the huge swimming pool, and the staff was adorable. Concierge services were top notch and ultra reactive, organising whatever wishes we had while staying there. The owner, Athanasios, is the best of hosts. Thank you from all of us!

Exceptional Vacation

This was by far the best vacation ever. I have to say, even before the arrival, I think I exchanged hundreds of emails with the owner of the villa. This trip would not have turned out this way if it wasn’t for him. He helped us with booking the ferry tickets, cars, boat cruise and even hard to get reservations in restaurants. I cannot express enough how much kindness and hospitality we encountered when arriving at the villa in Mykonos. Mr. Athanasios, the owner was at the villa to greet us, together with his wonderful concierge assistant Sophia. The two of them made this trip absolutely wonderful. Sophia was there to help us with whatever we needed, reservations, directions, transport, absolutely every need was taken care of. Now, the villa itself… absolutely amazing, outside of the business of the town, close to beaches, peaceful – perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. We have stayed there for a week and enjoyed every single day. The villa is equipped in everything you can possibly think of. We would get all our groceries in the local market in Ano Mera and cook wonderful meals ourselves. However, nothing beats our dinner on the second night in Mykonos. We read some of the previous reviews and asked Athanasios if it would be possible to ask the room service lady (Ariadne) to cook us dinner.. Let me tell you, it was an unforgettable feast! She cooked so much food we were eating it for the next 3 days. Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend doing that if you truly want to taste some traditional Greek dishes! Overall, we will be coming back. As a matter of fact, couple of our friends are already booking the villa for their next family vacation! Beyond amazing!

Peaceful getaway in Mykonos

We decided to visit Mykonos in the Spring before the island gets overwhelmed with tourists for the summer. We picked this house for its location in the countryside. It turned out to be a marvelous choice. We came across the most beautiful hidden beach which the locals refer to as Tsagaris, located only five minutes away by foot. The pathway to the beach was covered in flowers with the most mesmerizing smell. The house, well-protected from the winds, is decorated very tastefully. The swimming pool is huge and the view from the pool deck is stunning. The local lady that cleaned the house was discreet and efficient. She suggested some nice paths for our morning walks. Overall this place is outstanding and reasonably priced for what it offers.

Heaven on Earth

What a fantastic holiday!! The first time in Greece for most of us and every day kept getting better! The villa was a dream, everything we could have ever hoped for and more! The view is breathtaking and takes you to another universe if you look at it for a while. Lia beach which is only a 5 minute walk from the villa has a top-notch scuba diving center, we took a mesmerizing dive at a nearby ship wreck! We also loved Liasti, great place to eat after the beach. Access to the town was very easy. Can't wait to come back!!

Most beautiful location in Mykonos

If it wasn't for our stay at your villa we would not have discovered the most beautiful part of the island! We've been to Mykonos 5 times already and seen all the touristy places, but until we stayed at Lia we didn't know there were untouched and serene beaches with walking access. Tsangaris and Frangia are now our favorite places when we want rest from the noise of the popular beaches, which is quite often! The villa has a very modern design and comfortably fit all 8 of us! What we loved most about it is that the location is so beautiful and peaceful it takes you away from the buzz while at most 30' away from virtually anywhere you might want to go on the island.
