Terrible cleaning service
We booked 2 rooms and stayedvfor 2 nights here, the service counter was excellent, the ladies tried to help in every aspects. But, I was angry with the room cleaning service. First night, I found one of the hotel provided bath gel tube got a inch long broken, so I disposed it in the toilet rubblish bin and use another one. Since we didn't finished the bath gel, I kept it by the side of the shower and expected to use it the second night. The second day we came back to the room, I found the one besides the shower was broken in the SAME style and SAME position as the one I disposed into the toilet rubblish bin!! If you have been Greece then you will know every one included goverment facilities there ask you not to put any toilet paper into the toilet bowl, you have to put them all into the rubblish bin to avoid it getting stuck. What was the cleaning staff did to me? Did they pick the broken one from those used toilet paper and replaced the good one? I'm sure they did it on purpose, because, there were no new supplies there after room cleaning. First night there were 2 bath gel and 2 shampoo, I disposed 1 broken bath gel, if they touch nothing, there should be 1 bath gel and 2 shampoo. BUT the second day after cleaning, there were only 1 broken bath gel and 1 shampoo. I have to say I was angry, because the I was treated bath gel from those poo toilet paper!!
And, they put the replacement towel right on my luggage not inside the bath room.
