My stay at Seethrough completely exceeded my expectations as the pictures don’t do justice in showing how absolutely beautiful this property is. The staff (a family) were beyond amazing as well as the cleaning staff who were so accommodating and caring. My room was so beautiful, clean, and cozy. The location is perfect as I was able to walk to both the beach clubs (scorpios) as well as to the beach (platis gialos). As a solo traveler, I could not have picked a better place to stay and would highly recommend!

This hotel was the high point of our accommodations while in Greece (Athens/santorini/mykonos). From hellos to farewells this family owned business gave us an amazing experience. The hotel is also centered between to beaches and walking distance to an amazing club (Scorpio) if you desire that. This the kind of place that will stay in our memory banks for a return visit. We stayed at Seethrough a few weeks ago and had the best experience ever! Everything with this hotel was just perfect. The owners were very welcoming, warm, nice and so helpful with everything. The room was perfect as well as the cleaning. The location was great, with an amazing view. The beach was just a few minutes away and you could walk to a lot of other places. If you’re going to Mykonos I would definitely recommend to stay here for the best experience. I will definitely stay there next time I travel to Mykonos.

Excellent location, great service, relaxing atmosphere. Leave your kids, leave your dog, come to Mykonos (and stay at Seethrough!). Jokes aside, this place is a serene oasis in the circus island that is Mykonos during the month of August.

Everyone and everything was so nice with our stay here. From the transfer to the rooms to the view to people running and up keeping the place. The bar has fantastic drinks and the breakfast is delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and I plan on returning in the future.

The property is one of the best I have stayed at. The combination of amazing views, nearby pristine beaches, truly family oriented staff and the elegance of this boutique hotel is perfect. It is a proudly run family business. The room we had was spacious, had English tv stations and a private pool and balcony. The light snacks provided for a nominal fee were delicious and homemade. The property is a short walk up and down slight stairs and hills to beaches and restaurants. Everyone made us feel welcome and “at home”.

The property is absolutely stunning - photos don't do it justice. It's in the perfect location - walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and a bus to Mykonos town. The daughter took 20 minutes to explain her recommendations in the area, and draw them on a map for us, which was very sweet and thoughtful. The rooms are very spacious, clean and affordable. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect location and atmosphere

An amazing family run hotel with a very personal feel. The family are perfectionists and it shows in the design of the hotel and level of customer service. Upon arrival Jacob gave us a map of the entire island with all his recommendations for beaches, restaurants etc.. The hotel is on a small hill between 2 of the nicest areas we found in Mykonos with plenty of restaurants and bars to keep you entertained. You could manage without a car but I would recommend hiring one as there are many beautiful untouched areas you can reach within 20 minutes

Was there for 4 days in May on my first solo holiday and was the first guest of the season. Jakob and Ava couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly, they gave me lots of recommendations of things to do, places to go and restaurants to eat at, they were all spot on. Mary was also very friendly and helpful. Jakob even put balloons in my room on my birthday and bought me a birthday beer. The local provides a bit of peace and quiet while being close enough to plenty of restaurants and bars and beach clubs if your looking for a party. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Good & the Bad

Amazing property, views & location. Excellent service. Only disappointment was that we upgraded our room, online to have a seated living room area as indicated in every photo with a couch & other chair. Our room had none, no living area at all. Also, there was very little space to unpack in the bathroom or the closet, no shelves or drawers but only a few hangars. We used two side chairs & both room tables to lay out our clothing. So while the property & staff were wonderful, the room was a disappointment.

Property was family run and everyone was amazing. From Nikos picking us up at the airport, to dropping us off at the port. Checking in with Jacob, he went over a map of the island and options for getting around. The room itself was huge, clean, and simply decorated. The view out our window was straight out over the ocean and island shores. Walking distance to 3 beaches tons of restaurants, cafes and a small store. There is plenty of seating around their beautiful infinity pool, where Mary was always extremely attentive. If you came out to have a seat, she was bringing you a towel. Tons of choices for drinks at their bar. The grounds were beautifully manicured. Having the adult only atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind with not added noise. The environment was incredibly welcoming, and we would come back to stay here in a heartbeat. It was an amazing site, with honest and great hosts.

Our stay at SeeThrough was above and beyond what we expected. Family run, we felt taken care of from the moment we were picked up from the ferry port (they include transport on arrival and departure wherever you’re coming from which alone saves you about 60 euro). Eva greeted us at reception who walks you through the property, surrounding areas and had a map with suggestions for activities. The room had everything you would need - great space, incredible waterfall shower, cool air conditioning, extra duvet for sleeping, comfy beds, complimentary water bottles daily, robes and slippers, etc. The pool is beautiful and a perfect temperature. They provide pool towels, have nice music playing, and provide service for drinks and food. Jacob served us everyday and was nice and helpful with providing suggestions for places to go. Get the bacon club! Service overall was amazing and breakfasts were great to enjoy before heading out for the day. Location is amazing. Less than 10 minute walk to most popular beach parties like Scorpios and Santanna. We easily took local transportation (less than 10 min walk to bus stop) to get into old town too. Overall, this place was a highlight of our trip. Don’t even hesitate to book here - just go! You seriously won’t be disappointed!!

Great Property, Disappointing Experience

The property and staff are great! Being a person of color my party and I had were harassed by a guest at the hotel and we did not feel comfortable completing our reservation. We checked out a day early. Upon checking out, we were not made aware of the refund policy. We kindly asked for a refund of the unused nights due to incident. I contacted the property twice, with no response. I involved hotels.com for assistance. They denied the request for a refund. I completely understand their no refund policy, however I think in this instance more flexibility could have been demonstrated. If a guest if uncomfortable due to a experience with another guest, It’s a sensitive matter and it should be handled appropriately. Furthermore, If you require flexibility in our travel I would not recommend this hotel. Since the hotel is family-operated there is not other intervention when issues like this arise. Since this is a family-owned business, I expected more understanding. My reservation was almost $1,000 dollars, I am asking for about 50% back due to checking out a day early. My party and I did not want to check-out, but our peace and psychological well-being is important. Outside of this incident, the property is great! I think for some travelers, you should have and exceptional experience.
