"Bill was there ready for us to check in as soon as we arrived so easy.
The apartment was clean everything we needed the bedding was amazing!
Close to everything you need restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops."
"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"Super modern hotel, very sleek and seems brand new. You can do your laundry on the second floor for a small fee. You can also refill your water bottle there for free.
They also have a beautiful Onsen (public bath), very modern. We used it every day twice a day.
The room is very cool and interesting. The only thing is that there is not a lot of space to store your luggage so it always felt like it was in the way. Bathroom is small too so not much counter space to put your toiletry bag.
Overall, we were super happy with this hotel. Location was great, right in front of the Omicho market plus Kanazawa is small enough that you choose to walk to all the tourist points of interest "
"The price was reasonable, yet the location was excellent. The room, the public bath and the public space were very clean and well maintained. The simple, Zen-like atmosphere was also very stylish."
"Liked that there was complimentary water and cofee in the room. Liked the big bathtub. Would appreciate more coffee creamer. Otherwise, wonderful experience. "
