It wasn't extremely loud like most places I've stayed. There are 2+ bars, so avoid if anyone has issues with alcohol. Lots of pools, indoors and out. Room was clean. Elevators work great

The property was perfect for my family, it gave just enough space ,beautiful view , I was very excited the bath tub was a jacuzzi tub! The murphy bed was a plus! Only thing I recommend is a dust pan, there was a broom just couldnt sweep up the sand. I will definitely be back

It was fine, but I wouldn't stay at Bay Watch again

The view from the 12th floor was stunning! The beach access was nice. Staff was friendly. Condo was clean and had plenty of space for my small family. There were constant issues with the elevators and at least one was out of order at all times, including the parking garage and building elevators. We also had some issues with a loud neighbor all night long, but I realize that is not the owner's fault! Overall, the home itself was fine. It was more the surroundings and building issues that put a damper on the stay.

Good, quiet accommodations!

We traveled with 3 adults and 2 children. This condo was the perfect size for our family! It needs a good deep clean, especially the floors (lots of sand) and balcony (needs pressure washed). The layout was perfect for our family— we could put the kids in bed and stay in the living room to sit on the balcony or watch a movie. Great view. Great amenities including beach bar, pools, and lazy rivers. Quietest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Fast elevators. closest tower to the parking garage. Would stay again!

Paint,clean, replace with good quality furniture.

Sub standard, needs ceiling and walls painted in warm, not grey gloomy colour.Only one sofa table and one light fixture in living room, needs at least 2 more.Dirty rug and old marked furniture.Kitchen needs tea towel and dish cloth, new toaster, toaster oven,salad spinner,multi side grater. Add mirrors and wooden, not plastic clothes shelving unit.We repaired your bathroom sink water flow.

It has a great view. Hallway leading to the door needs some maintenance. Perhaps paint it. Place can get busy but otherwise we enjoyed our time there.

Location was excellent. Condo in need of a deep clean a swifter would be nice to sweep up the sand walked into the condo and the dirty bedding and used cleaning glove were left behind inside. Emailed Vacasa and it was picked up no smoking policy was not enforced on property. But the view and location was worth the minor setbacks. Would definitely stay at this resort again

Quaint place

While the condo was a clean, quaint place, the resort wasn’t prepared for the quantity of people for spring break. We arrived without wash clothes or dish towels. Each day we were on the hunt for wash cloths. One of the outside pools were closed and finally opened on our last day there. All was quiet on the 12 th floor until a neighbor arrived and washed clothes, which was so loud we called the front desk to make sure everything was ok in that room.
