Beautiful and spacious

We stayed 8 nights with family for an event in Myrtle. The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We had a small issue on day 3 with the keypad on the door not working, however, the owner was quick to work with property management to get us back in within the hour. We will look to stay again if we return next year as well. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here! Beautiful place! Wonderful porch over looking canal. Comfortable but classy! Plenty of room! Love, love, love the pool. Centrally located to all shopping and attractions. We will come back next summer!

Magnolia Point in Myrtle Beach

This condo in the beautiful Magnolia Point in Myrtle beach is absolutely gorgeous!! It was spacious, comfortable, extremely clean and well stocked. It is super close to all amenities (shopping, groceries, entertainment, beaches and restaurants). The owner Art is so accommodating and very quick to respond to any inquiries. Many thanks Art, you made our vacation so memorable!!

Paradise at Myrtlewood

The Owner Art, very easy to get ahold of if needed, but the condo is top notch ! Very well decorated and very comfortable. Screened in patio, furniture and beds like new . This was my 2nd time booking with Art and I already reserved 2 weeks for next year.

Spacious, Lovely Condo

Our family was in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament. The location was great for access to shopping & restaurants as well. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and there were multiple pools to use. The screen porch overlooked the pond; the paved walking trails were also nice. There was plenty of parking available. Overall a very good experience & would stay here again.

Ripken Baseball Tournament

We've stayed at various places in Myrtle Beach for the Ripken Baseball Tournaments, but this condo was by far the best. Our seven-day stay exceeded all expectations and provided a fantastic experience for the entire family. The condo's amenities, along with the convenient location, ample parking, and refreshing swimming pool, were outstanding. Communication with the owner, Art Vavi, was always prompt and helpful from start to finish. We're already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend this condo—you won't be disappointed.

Affordable Luxury with Art

We just enjoyed a wonderful week at this property and are already looking forward to our next stay! The photos don't do this condo justice- not only is it extremely clean, (even included list dates of regular pest control) but it's also stylishly decorated and well equipped with high end appliances, linens, and furnishings. We enjoyed access to the walk-in closet in the master suite (complete with a fold out crib and mattress if needed- and yes a crib, not a pack & play), the beautiful screened in balcony with comfy chairs and couches, and of course, the big screen television and neat fireplace (that can be run with or without heat.) Strong and stable wifi was perfect for streaming shows and movies on any or all of the smart TVs, along with a remote work area, complete with a printer if needed, was a wonderful touch for anyone that may need to do remote work while on vacation. and The property itself has several large and well-maintained pools and picnic areas- if timed right you can often enjoy a whole pool to yourself! My kiddos adored picnic dinners at the pool, evening swims, and a movie on the big screen tv before bed. The kitchen was nicely stocked for small meals at home if you want, but it's very centrally located to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer when you're ready to go out. Definitely would recommend AND stay again!

Dance Nationals Getaway

It was an amazing experience. The condo was so clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect place to stay because it was less than 10 minutes from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, where my kids dance Nationals were being held. After the many long days of dance competitions, it was nice to retreat to the quietness of Magnolia Pointe and relax & unwind in the screened in balcony. The view from the balcony. The view of the fountain in the lake was breathtaking. We will definitely consider stay her again.

Perfectly clean and stocked

Anything we needed to cook or clean with was ready and waiting for us. The condo was beautiful and clean. The only negative was security caring more about pool passes and closing the pools on time than people smoking weed and blasting profanity laden music from their cars right in front of the condo. I chose a place off of the beachfront in hopes I wouldn't have to deal with that.

Beautiful condo

If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay in Myrtle Beach that’s centrally located you need to rent this condo. It’s beautiful, clean, very spacious and well stocked. It’s bright with great natural light coming in from the Master bedroom and the screened in balcony. We relaxed on the balcony with our coffee every morning. I loved listening to the fountain. We have family in the area so we didn’t use the pool but there is a pool that you can use and the beach is 10 minutes away. It seems that the owner thought of everything, there’s even a washer dryer in the unit. The unit is exactly as it looks in the photos. The owner is very accommodating and the communication with him was great! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Immaculate and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice, high-end touches like quality sheets and towels. The mattress was so comfortable we’re thinking of purchasing the same brand for home. Seamless check-in. The complex was not beach front, but less than five minute drive, and convenient to shopping and entertainment. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The Property was immaculate in Myrtlewood Villas. The owner really took the time to make this property on of a kind .
