Absolutely Amazing

Magnolia is truly a wonderful place to stay! Check in was super easy as well as checking out! The view was absolutely priceless!! The house was clean, and we felt right at home. We would definitely love to stay there again.. and would suggest this place to anyone.

Incredible Home

The owners of this home thought of everything! I've stayed in a lot of rental places but the attention to detail at this home was unbelievable - amazing smelling hand soaps, beautiful decor, surround sound speakers that go onto the deck and in the grill space downstairs, lights at the grill space, color scheme is so pleasing, access to the beach and creek with a few steps from the front or the back of the house....I'd love to own this home but since I can't, we'll be back!!! Thanks for opening your gorgeous home to us.

Fabulous Beach House

This is our fourth time staying at this house and we LOVE it! THe views are incredible and the house is too. Very nicely furnished throughout. The private pier across street is an added bonus w beautiful sunsets. The front porch is perfect and seats many people. The management team is very responsive as is the owner. We can't wait to come back!!

Had the best time! Only issue we experienced was related to the refrigerator. The ice maker never made ice, and the freezer didn't maintain its temperature well. We diligently shut the door, but the ice cream wouldn't freeze. Otherwise, loved the location, loved the view, loved the memories! Wish we could stay longer!

Everything was excellent except the first level outdoor shower and kitchen needed a bit of attention. Appliances could have been cleaner on the outside, and the kitchen floor needed to be cleaner. we saw a couple bugs in the kitchen area. Other than that it was an awesome vacation. We love the Magnolia. Hope to return next year!

House was great, little maintenance issue at first with breaker out but peace Vacations Quick to repair. Dishwasher didnt seem to be working right- wash cycle never ended! Charcoal grill would have been preferred- no matches or lighter in house to light propane- but We bought some. Super time, lovely home- enjoyed the Sonos. Want to return next year!

My rating would have been excellent except for one problem - in the past couple of days we've noticed that there is a huge roach problem! And when I say huge I mean numerous and LARGE! My daughter even spotted one crawling across the baby's pack-n-play. NOT GOOD!!!

WE love the house and have been staying in it every year since it was built. It seems that the level of cleanliness has gone down over the years. The cleaning service is not doing a very good job at all. This is our only complaint. I mentioned this last year as well.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

I have never been to Pawley's Island. I was invited here for my son's wedding via my daughter-in-law's request; the island has a special spot in her heart. What a beautiful place and what a spectacular home! If looks were not enough; all the pictures of the home are an understatement. Home was immaculate- very important to me. The location was right on the beach and intercostal. Ease of entry was simple. My only negative which if you know what you are signing up for would not be considered one is all the bedrooms had queen or double beds. At least 2 if not 3 rooms could have King beds. I would definitely rent this house again. One of the best houses on the island for sure!

Would not stay there again - too many annoying shortcomings compared to other Pawleys Island home we're rented

Refrigerator freezer drawer would open all the way - could not access ice maker. TV is a nightmare to start - it was easy for the two younger guys who come over, but we could never get it going w/o a LOT of work - useless. The garage floor elevator door is VERY difficult to get open so you can access the elevator - never did get it to take the code - code did work on 1st floor door - go figure? The folks who responded to our phone calls did great, but the basic problems never were resolved. Foe what it costs, we'll not return. I am a 28-year USAF veteran and have stayed all over the world - poor is an accurate rating. Charlie
