“The room 505/beds were clean. There was plenty of hot water. The air worked fine. The room phone didn’t work. The pool area was out of order. The safety locks in the room were missing. I put the office chair in the door way. It had squeaky wheels and I would be able to hear someone come in. The barn door wouldn’t close all the way to the bathroom. The plaster was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. The shower caddy was missing from the wall. There were 2 bars of dove soap but no shampoo……

“The property was fine, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hard with a metal sheet under the mattress acting as a bed spring. We almost left after the first night.”
