Welcome to Windemere 301, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront condo perfectly situated in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Located on the 3rd floor of the Windemere building, this end-unit condo offers extra sunlight, beautiful ocean views, and the convenience of same-level parking—park right outside your door and walk straight into your vacation home!

Built in 1985 and recently updated, this condo blends coastal charm with modern comfort. You’ll enjoy remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, a stylish kitchen backsplash, and brand-new appliances, including an LG 55” Smart TV for relaxing movie nights.

Parking and entering our unit was a breeze. The unit is exactly as pictured on web site. It was very clean; we spent a lot of our time on the terrace taking in the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and near our friends who also were there to play golf with us.

This condo is perfect for our family. We absolutely love it!! The parking is perfect for loading, unloading, and deliveries. Being on the corner allows for perfect views!! There's plenty of room for storage of clothing and groceries, and there is a well stocked kitchen of everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Scott, our host, is the best! He always is very kind, and responds quickly with any questions that we have! He truly wants our stay to be as perfect as it can be! We love spending our family time here- the perfect location- easy to get to and just steps away from the ocean and indoor pool!! We plan to come back for year 5!!!

Location, location, location! Loved the immediate beach access both for swimming and sitting in the day time, and for walking in the evening. Loved sitting with coffee in early morning on the balcony looking at and hearing the ocean. Condo is close to Myrtle Beach activities and restaurants. Beds are great. Rooms and bathrooms very good for a group.

Wonderful beautiful vacation at this condo! Perfection from our host!

Scott’s condo was clean and had a great layout for our family. There was plenty of room for all 5 and we all loved the place! Scott was very responsive to anything at all times, although we had no trouble at all there. If was all just beautiful and a great location!

Kitchen dishes needed washing before use. Only cookie sheet was rusted and gross, no blow dryer, had to find the instructions to use the master shower, 2 of the porch chairs were broken foot rest and the AC only really worked well the last 1/2 of the trip. Landlord was responsive and location is fabulous but would not book here again.

Perfect North Myrtle Beach Location

I have been to Myrtle Beach several times, but this is the first time I stayed in N. Myrtle Beach. My daughter and grandsons accompanied me. We were so happy with the accommodations, and it was an easy commute to the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach,The Aquarium, Wonderworks Barefoot Landing & the Boardwalk. My grandsons loved having the Beach right outside the door, and Parking was so convenient.

Cozy beachfront condo, decorated perfectly for your beach vacation. We came from Northern Michigan snow so we really enjoyed the warmth, coziness and home feeling along with all the space. The property is clean and well kept. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Excellent location! We stayed in Myrtle Beach before and this was our first time staying in North Myrtle Beach. We loved this area more. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

Wonderful Condo and location

Condo has wonderful views and plenty of space for our group of six. Location is awesome! Close to restaurants, Barefoot Landing, shopping, etc. Scott is very responsive. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Parking deck was closed for work while we were there but this unit has basically at the door parking on third level of deck when open. Had everything we needed and a great balcony to enjoy the view.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Perfect for Families of all ages

We stayed here for a local baseball tournament with our family of 7. Four adults (including two grandparents), and three children 13, 10, and 6. The access to the unit was incredibly convenient. It's the third floor, so up off the ground, but on the same level as the top of the parking garage which made it super easy to unload/load, and even better for grandparents! We stayed early November and the weather was mild/perfect. The balcony provided a great retreat for a sunrise and to look out over the ocean and take in all the relaxing sounds that come with staying ocean-front. Very convenient access to the beach right out front, and our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Great time of year in early November as it was not busy at all, weather was warm, and we were able to relax and spend some quality family time. Highly recommend.
