Fully Renovated - #710 Ocean Front, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath - Sleeps 10
Say hello to Mar Vista Grande Unit 710! Over 100 Five Star Reviews! We completed a full renovation in January 2018 and added a few more touches in November 2018, Jan 2022 and Jan 2024 including fireplace, new owner, hall and Jr suite baths, wood flooring throughout, kitchen backsplash, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans. It would be our pleasure to have you and your family as our guests. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Mar Vista Grande is North Myrtle Beach’s preeminent high-rise. Clean, manicured, secure and jam-packed with amenities. Large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge space; a lazy river, hot tub and a private Tiki Bar. When you want to be out of the sun there is a spacious indoor/covered pool area with a kiddie pool, Jacuzzi and play area. For those who want to hit the gym there is a modern exercise room with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, machines and free weights. Lastly location, location, location – Mar Vista Grande is 4 miles from Barefoot Landing and close to many fine restaurants and attractions.
Unit 710 has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, comfortably sleeping 10 on four queen beds and one king in the owner's suite. Our unit has been completely upgraded with new bathrooms, paint, hardwoods, lighting and all new stainless steel appliances. Every piece of furniture from beds and mattresses to sofas and chairs, right down to the dining table on the expansive balcony is brand new.
For your indoor downtime check out the new 55 inch smart TV’s in the master bedroom and living room. There is also a 43 inch smart TV in the junior suite and front bedroom. Each TV has a dedicated DVR and Blu Ray player. Wi-Fi for your laptop, tablet or Netflix is excellent with a dedicated signal for the unit.
Whether you prefer sunrises or sunsets, we know you will find our home away from home a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We look forward to sharing our getaway with you.

The accommodations were immaculate and well thought out. One of the first times I’ve rented a vacation home that actually had enough toilet paper to last the entire stay. This place was absolutely amazing! The hosts were amazing as well. It looked just like the pictures and has that wow factor when you first walk in. In a gorgeous part of North Myrtle Beach and there is an ice cream shop just 3 min drive or a 10 min walk away with souvenir shops as well! We are already planning our next trip to stay here again. Thank you so much for giving our family wonderful memories that can not be bought!

PERFECTION
We loved our stay here so much. This condo was perfect in every way. I texted owner about number of parking passes and they immediately got back with me and answered my question. They were very efficient. Gave instructions in binder inside condo about asking housekeeping for anything and a number to call. I called them and they brought me a dust pan right up. We give this place 5 stars. AWESOME PLACE TO STAY.

Amazing Stay!!
My husband and I came down for July 4th and had an amazing time. The condo was perfect. It felt like coming home!!! It was clean, spacious and the balcony was our favorite place!!! We will definitely be returning!!!!

The condo was really clean and probably the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. There were plenty of towels, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and coffee! It was great. We did not have to go to the grocery store on our first day there.
