Welcome to Sea Shadow 306! Sea Shadow provides oceanfront accommodations in Surfside Beach with an ocean side pool, outside grill, elevator and beautifully landscaped grounds. #306 is loved by it's owner and it shows. From inventory to decor, your family will want to hurry back for more vacation fun in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 in a queen, 2 singles and a sofa bed. Full kitchen, WIFI, washer/dryer, end unit with extra windows so extra bright and airy! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Sea Shadow is located 3.1 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This four-story oceanfront complex has an elevator, making it easier to tote not only your luggage, but also your beach gear. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool, which is open Easter – October 31. Head over the beach walkway and search for souvenir shells, relax in the sun, or play in the surf. Sea Shadow also features built-in outdoor grills with a picnic area. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. TOWING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Our week at the beach was an absolute blast!! We loved everything about our condo!! It was exactly like the pictures posted and was spotless when we came in. We had everything we needed, plus extra linens if we needed them. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony while listening to the ocean. The elevator was super convenient to take our luggage up and down, since we were staying on the 3rd floor. We didn’t have any issues so never had to contact the owners. Although, the communication prior to our trip was excellent! The only thing I would mention is the main sliding door out to the balcony doesn’t close all the way unless it’s locked. Highly recommend this condo unit and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Great property, great location and attentive property management!

Our stay was great! Dunes Reality helped with any property issues we had very quickly. Our only complaint would be that we had to go to the property management location to check in. We would have loved to be able to go straight to our condo. Would have saved about a lot of time. Especially since we had a key pad and did not need a key to enter. But the building was quiet, well maintained and very family friendly!
