Enjoy this conveniently situated three-story complex that overlooks a pond and is close to a public park, which is sure to be enjoyed by the whole family. The park offers horseshoes, picnic tables, shuffleboard, and much more! Go for a swim at Colony III's outdoor pool or barbeque at the complex's outdoor grilling area. Colony III is unique and one of the only condominium complexes that allows golf carts! They have a charging station on-site. Bring your golf cart and drive around Surfside and grab a bite to eat and then head to the beach. If you choose to go down to the beach by foot, it is only a short walk, less than two blocks! There is no elevator at Colony III. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Parking lot is gravel. Sorry, trailers and pets are not permitted.
