Amazing resort and staff. The spa massuese boss, Raja, was very kind to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my mom's 70th birthday. Only some parts of the room and resort was old and needed renovation. But amazing staff, resort, breakfast buffet spread. Will visit again!

Ja, hatte ein Zimmer im 3. Stock Poolseite, alles bestens, Zimmerservice sehr gut. Hotel zwar älter, aber alles sehr gepflegt. Mohamed Ashway (Reisagentur in der Lonby) hat mir gute Fahrer vermittelt. Wäscheservice gut und pünktlich.

The atrium was so large that it was noisy and disturbing throughout the night. The pool wasn’t what I expected either.

Older hotel, but nice beds and nice breakfast. Pool looked nice as well. Rooms seem to be undergoing renovation. Door/bell staff very friendly. Great location near mall of Mysuru and zoo.

Excellent staff although the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. The security staff, the doormen, the restaurant staff, the in room dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly. Our first 2 nights in a suite room were great. When we moved to a regular room after 2 nights, we had a very noisy neighbor above us all day and night. Front desk staff said they would move us to a different room after the first night of not being able to sleep (security staff tried to ask the noisy room to stop making disturbances). The front desk employee told me she would move us but then never contacted us to move.

3日間泊まって毎日バーに行ったが3日目にビールがキングフィッシャーのものはないといわれた。ぼくが飲んでいただけだがなぜビールの在庫がなくなりかけたら補充しないのか不満である。前日の2日目も3本目の注文ではさがしわかったのかなかなか出てこない。あまりにお粗末
