"Very nice place"

"We booked a room for two nights at this Best Western because we were told they had a WORKING hot tub. The first night’s stay it was ice cold and the entire pool room was flooded. The second and last night’s stay, the hot tub was operating, but was not even bathtub warm. We were NOT the only guests commenting on its temperature and unclear, murky water. Extremely disappointing and a refund of some kind would be appreciated!"

"Arrival, the room hadn’t been vacuumed, crumbs by the beds and and desk. The bathroom had a used wash cloth hanging from the shower rail up top. Cleanliness is huge to me, was t clean. Internet kept cutting out, had to keep signing in with password. "

"Everything good except hot tub unavailable 1 night but i arrived sun which is their scheduled cleaning. Also happens a lot but hard to understand the english of front desk guy, but he was nice "

"Friendly staff, clean room. Walking distance to stores/mall but busy street. Very minimal storage, plan to literally live out of your suitcase. Breakfast has muffins and bagels and a toaster. Basic fresh fruit. Vanilla yogurt and instant oatmeal with toppings. Cold cereals, coffee and juice. Decent toiletries in bathroom but really thin TP. USB chargers are slow. Bed was comfortable, reasonably priced for what you get, would stay here again."

"Had to pay for parking which was we were not informed ahead of time. Rooms were dirty, cleaning staff acted like it was an inconviece stop vacuuming the stairs while we walked down them. Said hot breakfast was available, yeah for purchase. Wish i would have done a better job looking for other places. Good to know i will never stay at this place ever again. "
