Wonderful Place

If you are looking for peace and rest plus great food this is the place for you. Plenty of restaurants nearby, great food !!! The cottage is wonderful, nice, quiet super located near the beach !!! Plus pet friendly !!!

Wonderful Cottage

Great place to stay for eastern shore activities. The private beach community is so beautiful and quiet. The house has everything one could need for a relaxing break, including games, bikes, kayaks, and even a pong table.

The cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything is as pictured. The place is sparkling clean and stocked with everything you need and more. Communication was excellent. Loved the location and the private beach access was a real plus. Great location to use as home base and take day trips in the area.

We came to the area to shoot sporting clays. Wanted more than a hotel room with our shotguns. Found this lovely home right next to one of our clays courses, in a quiet neighborhood, by the water. I could not ask for a nicer setting or more comfortable house. Look forward to going back in the future.

Cozy cottage for our fall weekend

Very comfortable, peaceful cottage a short walk from the Sassafrass river and private beach. King sized bed upstairs was very comfortable, though the steps to get there are very steep! Appreciated the coffee and cream our hosts left for us, and also the excellent communication. Will definitely book again if in the area.

Better than described. Cute community, swim and fishing easy to access. Home had everything you need including popcorn popper and Nespresso machine. Does not disappoint. Can't wait to go back

Home Away From Home

The Owner, Robin was fabulous! She was A+ on communication, made sure all was well and the house was complete with everything you could possibly want. The house was spotless, so clean and my husband and I thought we were sleeping on a cloud, the bedding was fantastic, better than bed at home! My husband and I are in our late 60's and it was a blessing to have the bedroom downstairs and full bathroom, I have bad knees and cant use stair well and the Master suite was upstairs and I did manage to go up and see and it was Beautiful with King Bed and a twin. Decorated beautifully upstairs and down. Has a huge garage too that you can use. The neighbors were friendly and waved and I felt very safe there, we will return to this property again. You will not be disappointed!! Stayed: Aug 15-18 2022

Best getaway you could ask for!

Look no further, this place has everything you need. Robin went above and beyond for anything you could possibly need. She literally thought of everything to make our stay absolutely perfect. The beach is beautiful and couple minutes in walking distance! My daughter loved the playground on the beach! We made the best memories and can not wait to rent again! No doubt 5 stars and more review! Rent this place you will not regret it :)
