"When I called for a crib morning of check in, they said no problem. However when I checked in they said it’s based on availability, which makes sense but that is NOT what I was told. So no crib the first night. If I had known I would have brought my own. Oh by the way the “crib” is a pack n play. The floor smelled like weed on my floor, seems they couldn’t figure out who it was. The room layout of the room is was odd and the pictures are misleading. One overnight staff person was rude and dismissive when I inquired about the STRONG natural gas odor in the lobby. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, will not stay at any Best Western again."

"Tones of issues. Room was in very poor condition. Cracks and issues with the shower and sink, big broken holes and cracks in the AC unit. Bed quality was like sleeping on the ground with a thin sheet. Room felt like they tried to make a prison cell look nice but failed. Areas outside of room had trash all over and was super run down. They even tried to put us in a room that we never booked and they still ended up not putting us in a room we booked. Staff was just nasty to us and didn’t care about any of the concerns we had. What they advertised was far from what you really got or saw. Never ever would recommend anyone here and highly suggest black listing them. Price also did not match how bad it was. We ended up moving hotels after only being in the room for an hour. "

"We only stayed one night.But everything was so clean and well kept breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay would recommend it to anyone, and we'll be staying there again."

"I was upgraded to a larger room which was clean and well appointed. The furniture in the living room was in good condition but is out of date and not very high quality. The phone wouldn't work for inhouse call so I had to go down to the front desk (4 floors down and in a different building) to set up wake up calls. There were 2 alarm clocks in the rooms--one didn't work; one did. I wasn't in the room very much during the day and did not have time to see or use the pool or the breakfast set up. Overall it was fine and the staff was very helpful and happy to serve."

"Excellent location on the harbor. Just down the road from sites to see like the USS Midway, Star of India museums, and beaches. Pretty clean rooms and nice easy access parking lots on site next to your room. However, the property needs a little bit of updating. The over head patio on the second floor needs to be cleaned out because the tar on it is becoming sticky, every door into every room kind of sticks so every time your neighbors go in or out of their room, it makes a loud squeaking noise that kinda keeps you up at night. The breakfast area is very small only has a few seats, and you kinda have to look for the room. The breakfast options are very basic but they do have eggs and sausage and you could make waffles so it’s not just continental breakfast. Overall, I would stay there again."
