"Pros : Central location; attentive staffs; Room was good Cons : Bathroom was ok, toilet seat fittings were broken condition; Breakfast buffet - starts at 8:30Am, all dishes stocked only at 9AM. which is too late; food were taking time to restock adding to further delay in breakfast."

"I arrived with the room given to be not what I had paid for which was a double bed and single bed combination for 3 adults Next, there was rain water clogged all a feet deep at the only entrance Thirdly, I paid for all included breakfast as that was a option that Expedia provided and they had no dining facility So I felt cheated by Expedia and the hotel as the Expedia CS I called was just not willing to help"

"Very Bad experience. They gave my suite room to someone else even after payment was done and made my parents to pay for another room. 5 members had to adjust in one room.Very bad service."
