「Diese Hotel bietet Ruhe, einen einzigartigen Ausblick und wundervolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch das gute Essen sehr genossen. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und jeden Tag Abend gegessen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft des Teams」

「during check-out, the front desk staff claimed that some snacks (potato chips and coconut chips) were missing from the mini bar. we've told him clearly that we never took anything from the mini bar, however he didnt take our words and insisted us to pay about 370Baht for the chips. we've spent 14000hkd on flights, 5500hkd for the 4 nights valley stay, plus mutiple meals, massage there, why on earth would we lie to get rid of the 370 Baht snacks? it is small money but the way how their staff...

「Dieser einzigartige Fleck Erde ist ein Traum. Ich bin auf jeden neidisch der hier sein kann. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Wir hatten eine Suite in der mittleren Etage mit Pool Zugang und diese war ein Traum. Die Angestellten lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Der Pick Up Service funktioniert in "Sekunden", also auch wenn die Zufahrt zum Hotel nicht "ganz einfach" ist hat es das Hotel durch den Pick up Service toll gelöst. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig.
