Great stay
We had a wonderful stay at this location! If you are an early riser it is perfect for you. No alarm clock needed, the rooster and chickens work perfect. The house was plenty stocked with items needed, games and books. Please go down into Naalehu for coffee at Honua's coffee house! Close to black and green sand beaches. This house is the perfect location between Hilo and Kona if you plan to split your time.

Beautiful house in the best location!
We stayed for four nights and went from the volcano to captain cook monument. It's a great base to work out of in a calm area of the island. Close to incredible hikes, south point, green sand beach as well. We loved it! Worth mentioning that the house was so beautiful. We felt very welcome.

Perfect home for travel into Kona or Hilo
About an hour into either Kona or Hilo. 15 min to black sand beach. 30 min to volcano National park. Good location for a family that is wanting to travel the whole island! Felt really safe while here.
