Had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay and a pleasant stroll to UTAS Stadium was just what we wanted. Avoid booking a hotel room and check this place out. 「Little Gem is just fantastic, modern accommodation. Beautifully designed, decorated and fitted out little house. Everything was just superb with a lovely living area, a great, really well equipped kitchen which we used to cook two delicious meals prepared from ingredients bought at the Launceston Saturday Farmer's Market, a really beautiful bathroom and a truly comfortable big bed and lots of storage areas. Little Gem did have everything to meet our needs for a 5 day stay and just a short drive...

「The home was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We walked into town on several days - no need to find somewhere to park the car - and sampled some of the excellent food offerings. (Tatler Lane for breakfast was a hit. The outdoor areas were large and provided plenty of space to relax. Parking the car was a little challenging at first due to the steepness of the drive, however we soon got the hang of it. The owner was quick to respond to queries and provided helpful information.」

"我們共租3間房, 其中2間衛生間很臭, 好像是管道有問題, 另外自來水呈白色, 酒店亦通知不能飲用. 酒店本身比較舊, 住在樓上3樓, 樓梯很直, 上落有點困難. 最後1 間是因為朋友年老無法爬樓梯, upgrade了一間在樓下的大套房, 設備很完善, 而且是在樓下另一邊, 所以沒有另外2間的問題."
