The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, creating a very pleasant and relaxing environment. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options that made starting the day a treat. However, I did notice that the staff seemed a bit under-informed when it came to the details of the cuisine. While they were eager to help, they couldn’t always answer questions about specific dishes or ingredients, which was a little disappointing for a person with food allergies Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere, clean accommodations, and excellent breakfast, but it would be even better if the staff were more knowledgeable about the menu. "the menu was fresh and there was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast , all the restaurants had great menus and the food was delicious. Extremely friendly staff always willing to help. Always ready with a smile and a 'Bula!' Room was comfortable and well serviced by the cleaning staff. Just wish we had a queen size bed not double. Overall the stay at the resort was an amazing experience, very relaxing, and we will return to this property in the future"
