「The hotel is nicely located on a hill with an amazing view. Especially now at the end of monsoon the fog in the mountains is breathtaking.

「The staff here is truly excellent. They are kind, efficient, and easy to communicate with. This includes the front desk, the restaurant staff, house keeping, the spa, everyone! The room is spacious, clean, and well designed.
The food is tasty and the buffet options are plentiful if you want a quick meal.
My only issue is that the internet is a bit spotty, but they sent a technician in promptly to address the issue and I was able to stream shows on my laptop.

「Wonderful location, a series of very cute cabins nestled into the hillside. We woke up to beautiful views of the forest which we e joyed from our balcony. Great restaurant onsite. The staff were a mixed bunch, the waiting staff were a delight and some of the front desk staff were very helpful ordering cabs for us at 5am, what I assume is the manager left a lot to be desired in terms of communication and politeness. 」
