The hotel runs the extremely loud party just under our room till 2 am. It was impossible to sleep. There was no receptionist at night, and nobody answered provided emergency phone. No apology or compensation from the administration

A good place to stay, to be recommended.
A good place to stay with an excellent placement in the centre of Naestved close to the central station and a very good level of service / reasonable pricing.

no front desk staff I could only get in because another person who was staying at the hotel told me how to open the lock box to get my key good breakfast was not enough to counteract the bad experience If it hadn't been by the tourist who helped me ( and who spent one hour trying to get in) I would have had to find another hotel this is irresponsible an email has to be sent several days in advance to explain that there is going to be no staff and to explain how to get in The hotel has to be responsible and confirm that the traveler understands how to get in

Hotel Vinhuset work stay
Work trip to Naestved. Hotel Vinhuset was located conveniently close to the hospital I was working at. Room was big. Bathroom floor in the room I stayed in was heated to the point it was too hot to walk on.

Fab place to visit
The hotel staff were very friendly. It wasn't always easy to find a member of staff though. The room was very spacious and beds comfortable. The weather was very hot so the room was stuffy as it had no air-con. It is situated very centrally. Breakfast was good, again no staff to show us what to do, so we just sorted ourselves out.

Extra charge for using VISA card !!!
Tried to charge me extra for using an international ViSA card for payment. I refused. Rather noisey and run down, could do with an upgrade.

Nice hotel in center of old town.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice large room with view of church. One of only 2 hotels in town and dog friendly. Only disappointment was the restaurant, which was really awful - well below the standard of surrounding restaurants - fixed menu with no specials and no imagination - what a shame!

Fint gammelt hotel
Vi havde en enkelt overnatning på Vinhuset og det var rigtig fint. Hotellet er gammelt og lidt slidt, men meget hyggeligt og beliggenheden er helt centralt i Næstved. Vi havde et værelse til 4 personer. Det var ikke stort, men der var hvad der skulle være. Morgenmaden er ikke overdådig, men udmærket

Uklarhed om receptionens åbningstid.
Vi havde lidt besvær med nøglesystemet. I SMS fik vi oplyst at receptionen var åben kl 8-12 og gik forgæves, da døren var låst. Ved telefonopkald blev det oplyst at der var personale efter kl 13.Bortset fra dette havde vi et godt ophold
