「Amazing personal service from start to finish. Christo and his front of house staff are accommodating of all requests. We were kindly picked up at Kurahemei station. Shuttled to our ski areas or the 7/11 for snacks or the Nihonte restaurant. We were even assisted with our transfer to our next destination Shiga Kogen with our own tour guide the delightful Luna. Our room was lovely with a magnificent view of Lake Noriji. The temperature of the room was always perfect, not sure how this was...
