「The staff being "very helpful and nice" is often the most important factor for a great stay. A clean room is a baseline expectation, but having it be "big" is a wonderful bonus that adds to comfort. A "welcome drink & snake every night at the lobby" is a unique and generous touch. It shows the hotel goes the extra mile to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. 」

「SLEEEP is an awesome place to stay, great facilities. Commercial kitchen and large dining table. Also a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. Access to ski lift is across the Hotel. Just a perfect place to say 」

「The hotel is clean and staff were polite with us. They kept our luggage after we did check out and there was room cleaning every day. A good perk is the free coffee from a machine in the lobby during the morning. The location is great, very close to the train station and multiple restaurants. The hotel has an old look though and there’s just one elevator for all the floors making it busy during check-out hours. The internet sometimes failed us and there were no free tv channels. 」
