「It is disappointing that the room was not cleaned up at all and everything was in a mess when we checked in at 5pm. We went to the place we checked in and complained. The manager did apologize sincerely and promise to clean up the room in 2 hours and refund partially to us. The room had been cleaned up when we came back at 10pm and it was actually quite cosy - bright and good air conditioning. It's a pity that it couldn't leave us a good first impression. Also. the room's insulation is poor...

「Property was excellent. Easy to trains and buses. Kitchenette was fully stocked. Had everything you need if you wanted to prepare your own food. Only problem is property is close to a busy street and tradfic noise during the dav is a problem. Other than that, highly recommend. 」

「This was a beautiful place to stay in and a safe neighborhood. We loved the art and the lighting that magnified the place. It was quite big and we felt that we staying at home. Highly recommend this place as your home away from home」

「由京都站步行約15分鐘，附近有地鐵站及巴士站，方便暢遊。提供洗衣機，但無乾衣功能，不足夠地方晾乾衣服。有提供咖啡機及capsule，但無茶包。有2間房，一間有雙人床，另一間有兩張床舖，床舖不夠厚，感覺似直接睡在地上。」

「Es ist ein ein wunderschönes Japanisches zweistöckiges Haus mit Tatami und viel Holz. Hammer ist das WC als auch die tiefe Badewanne. Es ist nur 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, sehr ruhig und mit zwei Lebensmittel Geschäften 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Matratze auf dem ersten Stock sind sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet und vorbereitet. 」

「チェックインも時間より早めでしたが、スタッフの方のスムーズな対応でお宿に荷物を置いて京都観光することができ、大変助かりました。お部屋もキレイに掃除がいき届いており快適でした。コロナの影響もあり、夕飯は外食を避け、買ってきた食材にてお宿で食べることにしましたがお宿の周りにコンビニやスーパーがなく追加で買い物をするには不便です。しかしながら調理器具や食器類も整っているため食材のみで楽しく夜のひとときを過ごせました。総合的におすすめのお宿です。」

「We stayed at Yadotu Kyoto Hanare for 6 days and it was amazung!! This place is truly extraordinary - you get lots of space, full comfort and luxury in real, authentic Japanese way. It was a real pleasure to come back to this wonderful home after a long day filled with fantastic experiences. We are very thankful for having the opportunity to stay here. It made our adventure in Japan even more unforgettable. I would highly recommend this amazing place.」

「I loved the unique character of this home. It was an experience on its own. Lack of communication on the passport submission as I thought I had finished it, but never got a code. It all got sorted in the end, but would have been nice to know earlier. Anyway, my kids loved the Japan experience this home offered」
