「I have been coming this property since 2012 since then on room condition still the same, the rooms become worse now need renovation for this property some staff are great, we stay 2 nights one day breakfast great next day breakfast was very poor no food on the buffet, buffet was not open as per their timings , this message goes to owner please do some renovation, in 2012 room condition was excellent」

「Booked on Hotel.com for 2 days. But was denied entry by hotel staff as they did not have record of booking despite showing confirmation e-mail. Horrible experience as I had to look for other hotels at 3 am at night with family and kids.」

「Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. 」

「I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The overall maintenance of the property was extremely poor. The bed and pillows were visibly unclean, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the door was broken and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that made using the facilities unbearable. These issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or pleasant...
