"We came mainly for the rooftop pool and hotub, they closed it down every day over 60-66 degree weather… thats no fun! Ive swam in snow and used hotubs in the rain. Main resaon why I came here. Other than that this place is amazing and I highly recommend it"

"The room was much bigger than any other hotel room I stayed in during my trip, and I was lucky to have a corner room. Even though the hotel has an old-fashioned feel, almost like staying in a century-old building, the facilities and amenities are just as good as those offered by other hotel chains. The outdoor onsen bath was especially wonderful and a real highlight of my stay! Although the hotel is a little far from the city center, it is still within walking distance of many conveniences. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street, and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Tax-free shops, shopping mall, grocery stores, and AEON are also just a short walk away. While the area has a somewhat suburban feel, it is surrounded by everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel."
