"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and check-in was easy. Everything was exactly as described, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"The big downside was we had a room with a bad view. They have rooms that face the lake which would have been much better. So if you go here, ask for the lake view. They have wonderful spas and the food and customer service is very good. Wonderful traditional Japanese food. Nice downtown area though it closes by 5 pm. Very near the train station and they have a shuttle to pick you up. The spas were very nice including a stone tub with hot water."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We booked the half-board package (one night with dinner and breakfast), and both meals were delicious. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The only minor disappointment was the rooftop foot bath, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"For only staying two days, I was very impressed. The staff are great, rooms are larger than most in Japan, Onsen was amazing (had to use skin tape over tattoos to go in), breakfast was good. The only thing I will say is the area in which this hotel resides is a bit questionable during the night, though I never had any issues. Would absolutely stay there again."
