"This was our favorite apartment accomodation in Japan. Very comfortable and enough space for 2 and in a great location. We could walk to the station and to the city center and castle. The small kitchen was fine for making a small breakfast and coffee. And we really appreciated the wash machine and drying rack! Check in worked exactly as described. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed here for overnight for our Kumamoto trip. The hotel is run by a sweet older gentleman named Mr. Tagami. He was very excited to greet us and show us our room.
The room was very clean, had nice bedding and great shower/bathroom amenities. Full kitchen and living room area also.
We booked through Expedia but this can be found on multiple travel websites.
Great experience! Would stay here again."

"The whole hotel was luxurious including the waiting area near the reception desk.
The accommodations on the “luxury” floor was superb, with a complimentary drink bar area that included different alcohols. Breakfast was also delicious! "
