チェックインの時間前に到着して、その場で手続きもしてくださり、預かって頂いた荷物はお部屋に届けてくださってました。ベルマンがいないのに、フロントの方が届けてくださったのでしょうが、そのホスピタリティにとても驚きましたし、嬉しかったです。また使いたいと思わせるおもてなしでした。ありがとうございました。
