We ask him to cancel our tickets once we get to know that rates are higher. He asked for 3000 rupees towards the cancellation charges. “I booked this property after talking with the reception about availability of the Gym. When I got down the first day to exercise, they said the gym was not available. I stayed three nights and there was no gym. I was given a strange reason of air-conditioning not working as the reason for closing the gym. “The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. ”
