Easier But Not Less

This was the first time we were looking for a place for our Thanksgiving beach week that didnt have stairs. This location was perfect. Oceanfront, great location, beautiful views all with an elevator!

Home away from home

We loved it here! Very relaxing after a short stay at Myrtle Beach. The property was very clean. Overall nice stay.

We had a great stay and loved that the condo was right on the beach! The kitchen was well stocked, and the items provided for us (toilet paper, spices, kitchen garbage bag, etc) helped as well.We wished we had known that there were 4 beach chairs in the condo because we rented chairs not knowing this. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay! We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great Place

This is a wonderful little condo. The pictures don't do it justice. We sat on the balcony multiple times just people watching. The master sliding door needs alittle work. Not a big deal, its just alittle noisy when the wind is blowing hard. The air conditioner is loud when sleeping in the other bedroom. Overall a great little place to stay very convenient to everything.

Great stay in Nags Head

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures including great views of the ocean and had everything we needed for our family of four. Make sure you read the TO BRING list before arrival so you can grab some necessities like hand soap and kleenex before you arrive. The property was right on the beach with easy access, so we visited everyday (despite the wind and cooler temps). There was an outdoor shower to rinse off sand on the ground floor, and the elevator was convenient. The other residents and renters were friendly. Parking was plentiful. We were a short drive from several tourist spots and good restaurants. We especially liked Nags Head Pizza and Duck Donuts. We definitely recommend this property for a great stay in Nags Head!

Terrible property management

Was disappointed with property management team elevator out for a few days no one showed up after a few phone calls. And also emergency exit sign was dangling from a storm and no one shows up for 4 days after we called. We were worried it might case a fire

Great Vacation

The property was very clean and just as pictured. Make sure you bring all your toiletries and household needs. I do wish there had been a large pot in the kitchen for me to cook some pasta. I had to buy one. Our check in was quite eventful but once it was resolved we had a great vacation. We enjoyed the view and being able to relax together as a family.

Pretty good.

Master bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, especially the shower. Soap residue on the walls and in the niche. Mold/mildew on the ceiling tiles and it smelled bad. Note on the thermostat to not run the A/C Nov-Mar, said it would break the Unit if it ran, a deal breaker for us. Rental agency knew nothing about it and sent a technician to verify it was OK to run. They handled it promptly but it took up my ‘relaxing’ time. Master bed comfy, couch and chairs not. Overall it was good but not great.

Loved being right on beach & having a double balcony to sit out on.

Everything was easy and communication was great. Condo was perfect size, clean and had all supplies they listed and great location to everywhere .
