Great location and perfect size

Multi-gen family vacay-4 generations and we all were very comfortable. Elevator is perfect for grandparents and great-grandparents. House was very clean. It’s an all wood interior which is dark. Pool is fantastic for kids.

The best bang for your buck!

Everything about this property was a surprise. You could see the sunrise from one window and the sunset from the other in the top bedroom. You could walk straight out to the beach or stay in and play games. Our teens that came hardly spent time on their phones because they were so busy doing fun things! You did not have to go anywhere to have a good time, just stay at the house and enjoy all the amenities. The last surprise was the 2nd fridge!

Autumn Getaway with Family

Our family (including two pups!) all had a wonderful time at this beautiful home on the beach. The location was perfect for our needs, we loved being able to walk over the dunes to the ocean every morning. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was so clean! We are looking forward to staying here again, thank you!

Fantastic house if you’re bringing your pets to the Outer Banks.

I for one always get nervous when I get a pet friendly house even though I bring my pets but you cannot tell this was a pet friendly house. It was so clean and inviting. We will be back in November. I highly highly recommend booking any of their properties.

The property was very clean, except saw a couple big roaches in bathroom and on our bed. The upstairs was very hot with no separate unit to control it.

Really enjoyed the house. Wished the ocean was more visible but outdoor space is wonderful! Plenty of room for all of us. Fence area for the dogs was great!! Kind of worried about folks coming and going for cleaning but they were very respectful of our space and the dogs!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house! Probably my only complaint is that the king size mattresses were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, it is a comfortable home that is so close to the beach and has a really fun swimming pool!

Our stay at Forbes Fever met our needs and more. House was nostalgic enough to make a homey feel. Kitchen was stocked well that met our cooking desires. All of the kiddos loves the private pool. Nice jaunt to the beach with private access.

Nice Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It is an older home, but has so much charm! We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside under the gazebo. We wished that we could have seen the ocean from the back deck, but the water was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay agagin!

Great Property

We absolutely loved this house. A private walkway to the beach made it so easy and then coming back yo enjoy the pool, we couldn’t have had a better time. For alone time, there are tv’s in all bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the old style nautical decor was perfect! We will be back Teresa Dickson June 2021

LOVED FORBES FEVER <3

Great accommodations for my whole family-- 3 generations, 9 adults and 3 children. Kids loved having their own room and bathroom! The beach access, salt water pool, and elevator were great! The gazebo was our favorite part, we spent a lot of time there. We had a wonderful family vacation and would love to come back some day :-)
