Great location!

Great place to stay. Location near the pier was great! The free tent and chairs set up for us on the beach every morning and taken down every night was a smart add to the rental!

Good Time

Spaces worked well for our families, but if your bedroom is on the second floor be prepare to hear everything going on on the third floor. Insulation not good. Direct access to the beach and the cabana service provided was great. Need a hand rail for the walk way from house to the pool. Would make is easier for older guest to get from the house to the pool.

80th birthday and three generation family get together

Everything was wonderful, with exception of elevator not operating first 48 hours. Main reason we rented this property was the elevator. I was satisfied with the adjustment you made.

Wench’s Pad 3

Overall experience was that it was all that was advertised - plenty of room, gorgeous view, easy access to the beach, clean and bright! We had issues with the TV’s as we are “old school” and had difficulty getting anything but Netflix and Prime. And the lack of hangers/tissues/more of a variety of glassware and cook ware was a bit different from other VRBO’s that we have been in. We had two issues that required a phone call to Resort Realty and they were handled very promptly! Overall, it was super and we will be back! Thank you!

Some issues

The property was not cleaned properly. A significant amount of sand was found on the floors upon arrival. Items under furniture clearly showed that it was not cleaned. The home theater room had an unpleasant smell and mold was evident in the closet. We reported this and they came out but the smell was still overpowering and unpleasant. Mold was also seen in the ice maker in the refrigerator. We also reported that the arcade games were not working properly. Again they came out but then they didn't work at all. The cabana was great and it definitely was a perk to have someone put it up and take it down each day! I would recommend more silverware and dish towels. Also a fully stocked spice rack would be a nice touch.
