Spacious Oceanside Home with Private Pool, Hot Tub, and Ocean Views!

You will truly be Livin' A Dream at this charming home in South Nags Head, boasting great ocean views and beach access approximately 750 feet away! Spend your days playing in the sand, lounging by the private pool, relaxing on one of the decks while taking in the ocean breezes.

The spacious top level great room boasts comfortable seating, a dining area for 8, an open kitchen with additional seating and 2 refrigerators, and a convenient half bath. A king en suite with a large private bathroom with a double vanity and a jetted tub round out the top level of Livin' A Dream.

The mid level boasts a den with a wet bar, a TV, and deck access, as well as a queen en suite with a private bath, 2 more queen bedrooms, a pyramid bunk bedroom, and a full hall bath.

The lower level game room with a Foosball table, a refrigerator, and a wet bar provides fun for all! A full bath and a bedroom with 2 twins can be found on this level as well. Step out onto the screened-in porch to soak in the hot tub after a long day of fun in the sun!

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals.

Livin' A Dream is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

The unheated private pool is open from May 10th to October 18th in 2025.

The community pool is generally open from mid-May through September.

Mid Level: Queen en suite with TV, sliding door to deck overlooking the pool, and attached private bath (tub/shower combination). 2 queen bedrooms, each with a sliding door to the ocean-facing deck, pyramid bunk bedroom, hall bath (tub/shower combo), sitting room with wet bar and TV, laundry room.

Top Level: Open kitchen, dining, and living area with TV and access to deck with ocean views, half bathroom, king en suite with TV and private bath (stall shower and jacuzzi tub).
