Throughout my stay, Jenny consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the exceptional privacy standards maintained by your hotel. I greatly appreciated the high level of privacy and security provided, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction during my stay. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. 本人入住帶有私人泳池的房間，(1)冷氣出口竟然設定在浴室內，睡房相對比較焗。(2)浴室中沖涼地方是可以作為浴缸的，但因為是一個四方形的石缸，酒店沒有細心的清潔，以至距離花灑較遠的兩邊石缸角積聚了沒沖走的污漬(似是沐浴露或洗頭水遺下的殘餘)。其他的都很滿意，職員的服務十分好。

It's a very good hotel with nice view over Kata Noi Beach. Staffs allowed us to change the booking at the very last moment without any penalty fee. Other the the age of the amenities and facilities, the Mom Tri's VR is a very good hotel.

早餐食物種類多，對著芭東海灘吃早餐很舒服。我住第一座沒有電梯，面對大海還可看日落，但接近馬路比較嘈。call車比較難，有shuttle bus去芭東大街。整體不錯。
