This beautiful home offers the perfect blend of elegance and relaxation, making it an ideal retreat for families and professionals alike. Home features 2 elegant Living rooms with floor to ceiling windows, 4 Spacious en-suite Bedrooms, clubhouse & swimming pool, manicured lawns, modern appliances, solar, WiFi. Only minutes from UN, American embassy & major shopping & restaurants.
Home is in a lash Community with beautifully manicured lawns, walking trails , pet friendly, swimming pool, gym and outdoor kiddy park among other amenities. Home is equipped with solar backup, community borehole to ensure no water shortages and WiFI is available throughout the home.
On the main floor you will find:
The living room stylishly decorated, with beautiful large floor to ceiling windows overlooking a beautifully manicured backyard. Living rooms comes with recliner sofa set, & smart TV. Living room is well lit with outdoor feel and very well furnished.
The dining area has a table that sits 8 and a beautiful china cabinet for your dining needs. Table mats, plate, cups, glasses, wine glasses etc Great space to enjoy your meals. Dining room has beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking patio and lash yard.
Kitchen is well stocked with all you need. Stove, fridge, garbage bins, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, hot water kettle, slow cooker, pots and pans, baking pans, knives, silverware, serving dishes, salt & pepper and basic spices, day one coffee, tea are available to get your started etc. We put lots of thought into this!
Guest half toilet well with everything you need hand towel, complementary tissue and hand soap to get you started are provided.
Main floor Bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed, large wall closet and en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom is on the main floor, Ideal for elderly or those unable to use stairs.
Outdoor laundry area with outdoor sink, washer, drying line & wash basket, brooms, basic cleaning items and storage space.
Home has covered Carport with 2 car covered parking spaces.
Private fenced in backyard with covered lanai & outdoor furniture. Serene manicured yard with beautiful trees flowers to ensure a dining experience or just space to unwind.
