I had a truly fantastic stay at the Landmark Suite Hotel! The accommodations are incredibly spacious and accommodating, offering an exceptional amount of room to yourself. My layout felt like a complete home away from home, featuring a full living room, a dining area, cabinets, a sink for washing dishes, and even a highly convenient clothes dryer machine. I absolutely loved the setup. Beyond the excellent rooms, The staff here is wonderful, kind, and highly knowledgeable. As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe, comfortable, and well-supported throughout my stay. When I needed guidance on navigating the local markets, the breakfast staff stepped up with perfect, detailed local information. The room service was equally impressive—the staff members delivering meals were incredibly polite, and the food itself tasted absolutely great. I highly enjoyed my experience and cannot recommend this hotel enough for travelers looking for comfort, space, and stellar service!

Located at a quiet neighborhood near two malls, Sarit Center and Westgate. Everyone working there, that we met, was incredibly warm. I loved the breakfast and the kindness of Peninah Wanjiru. She made sure our stay was superb! Thanks

It’s true that the place is dated, shower water in one of the three rooms we booked was not hot, all shower rooms leaked quite badly… But the staffs are nice & helpful, front desk was very kind to upgrade one of the 3 room booked 19th - 21st & the room we booked after our safari trips on 27th to a suite, indeed a very convenient & comfortable arrangement for the family of 5. we particularly like its great location !!! 1 min walk from the very convenient Westgate mall where there are forex bureau to exchange KES , safaricom to get SIM, various restaurants & good cafes for food & good coffee ( we particularly like Spring Valley), Masai market on Tue & Wed for shopping Kenyan crafts, & Carrfour to get souvenirs of kenya coffee, tea & nuts etc which is a nice conclusion to our exciting trip

We stayed here for a week. I first want to say, the staff was AMAZING!! From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone went above and beyond with everything. It made us feel welcome and like we were more than just customers. The hotel is next to a mall and within walking distance of another one. I think it was in a great location. I never waited more than 2 mins for an Uber. The downside is that the place could use a sprucing up. A refresh and the building would give a larger hotel a run for its money. The cleaning staff needs to put trash bags in the can. I never understood why she never did, but I will say she was kind, thoughtful, respectful, and didn't mind helping out when asked. If I visited Kenya again, I would stay there

Spacious and well-appointed apartment with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast includes delicious cappuccino are made with freshly ground beans. Conveniently located near a large shopping mall and plenty of restaurants.” Would you like me to make it sound more enthusiastic and inviting for travelers, or keep it professional and neutral?

Friendly helpful staff. Very good location next door to Westgate Mall and about 3 blocks from Sarit Center Mall so excellent access to shopping and IT support like SIM cards. Room was ok - firm king size bed but rather sparse for furniture but staying in the room was not the priority of the visit. Breakfast was good - à la cart for my first three mornings but buffet for the forth morning. Sadly they had no yogurt available (despite being on the options card) but the coffee was very good. Helpful with arranging airport pickup for after midnight arrival and checkin. Very decent value for money for this hotel.
