"Loved the hotel. Worked great for us. We had stayed at the APA close by which was nice but this was great for our last week here. BREAKFAST - if you don’t get it included with your package it is 5,000 YEN. Way too much for what they are offering. So many easy quick options for a fraction of the cost. Starbucks for one is very close. "

The staff help customers to store from a few hours to a few days and to retrieve when they depart or to proceed check in. #3 is the major reason why I kept returning to Prince Shinagawa."

"We were lucky to get an upgrade to a king suite. The room was HUGe. We had a view of Mount Fuji and was spectacular at sunset. Very close to the metro and easy to navigate. Walkable to so much!"
