Top Nakai Station Hotel Reviews

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room, friendly and polite staff."

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
8/10 Good
"The Shinjuku Washington hotel is a terrific place to stay if you’re looking to stay in Shinjuku but not in a crowded area. The airport Limousine stops right in front of the building which is ideal if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. Amenities galore! In the basement, there are several restaurants if you don’t feel like to go out there are so many options - you will go hungry. There’s also pharmacy and FamilyMart right in the building as well. Hint: if you want new, stay at the Shinjuku Washington Annex. Be aware of pricing in this area which is typically $200+ per night. If you see anything less expensive in this hotel, it is likely the smallest room (think of you college dorm). If you’re good with this you will get value…otherwise pay $200+!to upgrade and get a better room. "

Shinjuku Prince Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I liked every thing, breakfast was very good. The staff very nice. Nothing to complain. The hotel is well located."

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel with very attentive staff. Housekeeping is very reliable and does a good job of keeping the room clean.
You can walk to three metro stations from the hotel, thus giving you easy access to the city. The area around the hotel has many restaurants within walking distance."

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku
8/10 Good
"Good hotel. About 20 min walk from Shinjuku station. Nice modern and clean hotel."

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower
8/10 Good
"The stay at was very pleasant. The hotel offers all the essential amenities a tourist or business traveler could need. Its location is a major advantage, being just a short walk from the JR Ryogoku Station, which makes getting around the city and visiting popular attractions convenient.
The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. However, do keep in mind that room sizes are relatively compact—as is typical in Japan. If you’re traveling with more than two large suitcases, the space might feel a bit tight; otherwise, it is quite sufficient and comfortable by Japanese hotel standards."

Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku
8/10 Good
"Eco friendly hotel, quiet environment, easy access to transportation, shopping and dining"

APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower
6/10 Okay
"Elevators are terrible. Can be waiting up to 15 minutes for availability. They warn you about checkout time but it’s consistent throughout the day. The rooms are so tiny you can’t have bags open while also have space to move around. Bathrooms are next to impossible they are so tiny and kind of feel like a bathroom you’d see on a boat. Number of guests they’re squeezing in is likely the issue with the elevator, so many rooms with so few elevators. Had included breakfast but it was so jammed with people we only were able to use it once.
The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms are clean."

APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Ekimae Tower
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel was a good stay. AC takes a while to cool the room so let it run for a while before bed."
