No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano."

"Had 2 two rooms. Suprisingly nice experience. Good air conditioning, no smell. Like that there were 2 chairs and a table in room. Comfortable beds. Asked for extra pillows. Laundry was helpful. Good coffee. Free massage chairs. Located in a very convenient and cool area. "
