"It was perfect for our family! A distinctive japanese feel. Super comfortable. Easy couple of subway stops to the action of Shinjuku, but at the same time a lovely quiet neighbourhood with plenty of local food options as well. Just stay here while in Tokyo

"This was the best stay in a hotel in Japan. Everything in Japan is great but this was at the top. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are outstanding (relaxation room, chair massage room, laundry, vending machines, free coffee (very delicious in relaxation room). And on top of it, breakfast is outstanding with both western and Japanese alternatives. I tried them both, and both are great. "

"Great hotel. Clean and comfortable room with great facilities and amenities that were replenished daily. Very much enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I felt a little annoyed about was the fact we had the buffet breakfast once and it cost me almost £50 for two adults and a child. This seems excessive and far out of place with the costs of our other meals in Tokyo. "
